Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting mechanical consultants, contractors across MENA region, providing technical presentations, conducting training sessions, and supporting project specifications. This role requires strong communication skills and in-depth HVAC industry knowledge.Role and Responsibilities
Technical Sales Support:Provide technical consultation and support to mechanical consultants and project stakeholders.Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.Develop customized solutions to meet project specifications.Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical consultants, designers, and contractors in the MENA region.Act as the primary technical contact for consultants during the pre-sales phase.Deliver regular training sessions and seminars on HVAC technologies and products.Address customer inquiries & resolve any issues promptly and professionallyConduct follow-up calls or site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunitiesProject Development:Collaborate with the key stake holders in the MENA region and engineering teams to ensure accurate project proposals.Assist in developing project designs, equipment selections and technical specifications.Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics and project documentation.Market and Product Knowledge:Deep technical knowledge in the HVAC systems especially in VRF solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products and HVAC technology advancements.Provide feedback on market needs to the product development team.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and expand market share.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).8-10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on pre-sales, technical consulting or project engineering.Experience working with large mechanical consulting firms or contractors.Professional certifications such as LEED AP or similar are a plus.Fluent in English, “Arabic and French is a plus”Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skillsProficiency in HVAC design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP).Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using CRM software’s and other relevant toolsWillingness to travel as needed.* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
