B2B Content Strategy Manager

Job Description Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with brand messaging and business objectives, creating high-impact, targeted content to engage and convert B2B audiences while collaborating cross-functionally to drive thought leadership and growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Strategy Development:

Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive B2B content strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand messaging.

Identify and use information to create competitive advantage of Globe Business through a robust content strategy and plan

Hand in hand with the Brand Lead and Segments teams, identify key audience segments and develop tailored content plan that addresses their specific pain points, interests, and needs.

Working with Brand Lead and Solutions Lead to develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Perform content audit by ensuring consistency and cohesiveness in messaging, tone, voice across all B2B content. Also ensuring all communications strategy are aligned with the overall content strategy and pillars set by the brand.  

Thought Leadership & Industry Trends:

Stay updated on industry news, emerging technologies, and competitors’ content strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Position the brand as a thought leader in the industry by identifying strong content pillars, setting discipline for the brand messaging across departments, campaigns and channels

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other content management systems (CMS); provide regular reports on content KPIs, including engagement and lead generation

Use data-driven insights to adjust and optimize the content strategy.
