Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a B2B/Customer Experience Specialist. This role is crucial for our operations as it serves as the connection between our customers, logistics partners, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process. Responsibilities: • Handle the seamless coordination of orders between customers, logistics partners and internal teams • Maintain and update customer account details using CRM and other computer programs • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner • Support the wholesale and distributor business operations through effective use of EDI systems • Conduct regular checks on inventory levels and initiate necessary actions for maintaining adequate inventory • Oversee the shipping operations ensuring the correct shipping documentation is prepared and products are dispatched on time • Manage chargebacks and process returns in alignment with company policies • Apply creative problem-solving skills to address business challenges and improve customer experience • Contribute to retail operations, collaborating with retailers and retail stores • Utilize Netsuite CRM for managing customer interactions and tracking sales performance Requirements • Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role • Proficient in Computer Programs • Have a strong working knowledge of CRM and NetSuite • Experience with answering inbound calls and assisting customers • Familiarity with EDI - Electronic Data Interchange • Proven track record in B2B Sales • Understanding of chargebacks and process returns • Adherence to Department SOP's • Experience in Retail, including operations, stores, and wholesale • Knowledge of the Consumer Goods Industries • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills • Ability to ensure adequate inventory • Proficiency in shipping functions, including documentation, operations, and products • No specific certifications or degrees required, but relevant qualifications are a plus.
