B2B Dialog Marketing Manager (d/f/m) – Maternity Cover 12 months

What you’ll do ​& Who you are

We are seeking an experienced Dialog Marketing Manager, B2B (d/f/m) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will drive and implement effective marketing campaigns to engage our B2B audience. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Product departments to align communication strategies with business goals and product innovations. You will report to the Head Of Retention Marketing.

The position will be offered as a fixed-term contract (12months).

This is a hybrid role, our office is based in Berlin-Charlottenburg. 

Your Role:

Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets.

Craft personalized communication strategies that foster long-term customer relationships.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as conversion rates and engagement levels.

Collaborate intensively with external digital agencies to deliver all required creative assets.

Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing messages with business objectives.

Conduct analysis of internal market research data to fine-tune campaign delivery.

Interact with internal marketing technology experts to ensure the right messages reaches the right customers at the right time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in dialog or B2B digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of multichannel digital marketing strategies, with a focus on email marketing, landing pages and further digital marketing assets.

Proven ability to manage external agency relationships and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Analytical mindset with a ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.

Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and excellent English communication skills.

Strong collaboration skills, creativity and attention to detail.
