As a B2B Consultant, you plan, implement, and manage EDI projects, optimize processes, and develop customized integration solutions. Role Description Leading & working on SoftwareOne’s customers & suppliers B2B integration projects Global contact for customers, suppliers and our internal departments providing consultancy about SoftwareOne’s possibilities for B2B (business to business) processes & system integration Consult internal and external departments regarding internal process automation & system integration Key Responsibilities Prepare concepts for integration processes and consult & train involved parties Develope and customize mapping processes for data conversion and integration Support, maintenance and development of existing portal, EDI solutions & networks Documentation, quality management and test automation Work closely with peers in project or assigned tasks to meet group and departmental goals and improve processes and practices Key Relationships Business Consultants from other teams (Cross Domain) Product Owner and Product Manager BIT Rollout Transition and Support Team Engineering Manager What we need to see from you Skillset 2+ years of B2B integration, consulting or project management experience Experience in analyzing and optimizing B2B processes Experience with ERP systems is a plus Experience with Lobster_data or similar tools (e.g. Biztalk) is a plus Experience with and technology stack expertise in global procurement, ERP, Supplier Management systems and their possible interfaces to run enterprise procurement processes (like Purchase Order and -Response Handling, Delivery Handling, Invoice Handling and Vendor Handling) Know-how about eProcurement solutions, catalog management systems and supplier networks as SAP Ariba, Coupa or Basware are a plus Know-how about web-based technologies as XML, JSON, REST und SOAP are a plus Qualifications Our Core Values fit your value system Efficient, self-motivated and highly customer-oriented Technical understanding and problem-solving skills Team player with strong communication skills and customer orientation Proven innovation skills and vision Able to work across multiple projects Courage to try something new and commit to changes that fit the vision for the work High quality awareness and goal orientation Very good balance of conceptual and pragmatic thinking Willingness to travel (approx. 10%) Ability to work in an international IT environment.
