As a member of the Hungary sales team based in Budapest, the B2B Manager will be responsible to drive strategy and growth in our small business, enterprise and government channel. The B2B Manager will play a critical role in driving our strategic partner relations, will consult and influence the executive team within partners and enterprise customers to grow Apple’s business across all lines of business. Reporting to the Hungary Country Manager, the B2B manager will be driving sales objectives through key relationships at Apple and at partners. Strong strategic thinking, influencing and extraordinary presentation and sales skills are needed to succeed in this role.DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our B2B strategy and operations in Hungary. This role involves developing strong partnerships and driving business growth, with approximately 70% of the focus on channel partner management and 30% on expanding Apple’s presence in major enterprise and government accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for Hungary across all channels and product lines. Build and nurture strong relationships with system integrators and channel partners to create a productive and strategic Apple-focused alliance. Design and implement Go-to-Market plans with partners to drive sustainable business growth. Strengthen Apple’s market position by working closely with partner sales teams and system engineers to establish a dedicated Apple business unit. Support partners in positioning Apple’s products competitively and developing value-added services around them. Identify and develop new business opportunities in key industries and government sectors. Ensure seamless collaboration with Apple’s central B2B team in London, coordinating with various support functions to ensure smooth operations. Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining a deep understanding of local market dynamics and opportunities. This is a high-impact role, requiring strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and sales execution skills to accelerate Apple’s growth in the Hungarian B2B market. This role requires an individual who is passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and delivering impact in the Hungarian B2B market.
