What you’ll do ​& Who you are

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager B2B (d/f/m) (parental leave cover) for our Real Estate Marketing Team.

About the Role

As Marketing Manager B2B in Real Estate Marketing at Kleinanzeigen, you'll enhance real estate B2B marketing programs from strategy to implementation. You'll manage the budget, ensuring impactful campaigns aligned with our goals. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll work with team members across marketing, Real Estate business unit, and Kleinanzeigen to strengthen our market position, engage B2B customers, and improve growth. You'll report to the Marketing Lead. This is a hybrid role.

What you'll do

Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the needs of our real estate B2B customers, aligned with our goals.

Manage end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring delivery and high-quality execution across multiple channels together with company partners and external agency partners

Improve the B2B performance marketing approach to grow lead generation and accelerate growth.

Develop targeted strategies to attract and retain B2B customers, enhancing their journey and experience.

Take ownership of the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize Value.

Work with team members from the marketing team and the Real Estate team, especially with Sales Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Product & Tech, to ensure seamless integration of B2B programs.

Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of B2B marketing activities to inform future decisions.

Build partnerships with other teams and external partners

Be an advocate for our brand, strengthening our position as an important player in the real estate market through impactful B2B marketing.

What you'll bring:

5+ years of proven experience in real estate, e-commerce or online marketplaces, with a track record in B2B marketing.

Solid knowledge of both online and offline marketing, including media planning, media buying, performance marketing, and brand marketing metrics.

ability to develop and scale performance marketing strategies for lead generation and growth.

Experience collaborating with creative agencies and building impactful campaigns with a sense for stand out communication.

Familiarity with agile organizations and expertise in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.

Unpretentious, with a "can-do" mentality, collaborative, and able to navigate complex projects.

Relevant qualifications (degree not mandatory)

Fluent in German and English
