Their SaaS platform, powered by big data and AI, enhances data quality and optimizes maintenance logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective parts availability.
They are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join the team and help expand their customer base in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within chemical, pharmaceutical, or automotive
Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Highly organized, with a knack for managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Fluent in German and English with good written and verbal communication skills.
A self-starter with a “hunter” mentality, eager to uncover and secure new business.
Fluency in French is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and demonstrating how solutions can add value.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the platform, industry applications, and competitive advantages to communicate with prospects effectively.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring all leads and opportunities are accurately tracked and prioritized.
Collaborative Selling: Partner with the Sales Director, marketing team, and customer success team to align strategies and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
