We are scaling our client's sales development team to drive growth through high-volume outbound prospecting to finance leaders in mid-market companies. This role is crucial in building and qualifying a strong pipeline of opportunities by engaging with CFOs and finance teams, specifically focusing on organizations looking to optimize their procurement processes and SaaS spend management.

The Impact you’ll makePipeline Generation\nExecute high-volume calling campaigns using parallel dialing systems (Nooks/Orum) that enable simultaneous connections with multiple prospects\nGenerate and qualify opportunities resulting in 12-13 meetings per month\nConvert qualified meetings into 3-4 solid opportunities monthly\nProspect Engagement\nBuild trust quickly with C-level finance executives and decision-makers\nHandle complex objections and navigate meaningful conversations\nDemonstrate value proposition to mid-market company finance teams (200+ employees)\nSales Process Management\nUtilize Salesforce CRM for prospect and activity tracking\nManage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination\nDocument prospect interactions and maintain data accuracy\nMarket Development\nFocus on US and UK market penetration\nIdentify and qualify high-potential accounts\nResearch and understand the prospect's procurement challenges\n
Measure of Success\nMonthly qualified meeting target: 12-13 meetings\nMonthly opportunity conversion: 3-4 opportunities\nDaily call volume: 300-400 calls\n
