B2B Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions - Toronto is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team! If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and have a deep understanding of your clients' needs, our team and compensation structure is waiting for you!

Please note, this is a pure sales role primarily focused on prospecting and closing the deal. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for new business development through cold-calling and field walk-ins with very little post-sale account management. You can expect a highly structured, productive, sales-driven, start-up environment. Working closely with Business Development Account Managers and your leadership team, you will position City Wide's well defined UVP to establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. Successful Sales Executives will easily bring home over $100,000 in your first year and have very rapid career advancement opportunities. Priority will be given to those applicants that demonstrate a history of success in this kind of environment.

The territory for this position will be Toronto, Etobicoke, Vaughn, Woodbridge. The ideal candidate will have easy access to these locations.

In this position you will:

Identify and qualify potential clients. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations. Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts. Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week. Utilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information. Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in CRM. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner so that you get along with clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Other duties as assigned by management.
