In the role of Sales Executive, you’ll play a vital part in driving new business development within our dynamic, sales-centric environment. You will oversee the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals. By working closely with account managers and fellow sales team members, you’ll foster and nurture valuable and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
In this position you will:
+ Discover and connect with prospective clients.
+ Kickstart the sales journey by setting up appointments, understanding client needs, and delivering engaging initial presentations.
+ Seal the deal by building strong relationships with potential clients, showcasing our service strengths, addressing any concerns, and preparing contracts.
+ Dedicate at least 20 hours each week to prospecting.
+ Effectively utilize and manage your customer relationship management system (CRM) to keep all customer information organized.
+ Foster a positive, collaborative work atmosphere.
+ Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
+ At least 3 years of experience in outside B2B sales, with a preference for candidates whose most recent roles have been in this area.
+ A proven history of exceeding sales targets (for example, achieving 105% of your sales goal as reflected in your scorecard or sales dashboard over the last 2 years).
+ Excellent abilities in prospecting and developing new territories.
+ Familiarity with CRM systems, showcasing strong skills in data entry and organizing sales information effectively.
+ Having a prior sales training certification (like Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc.) would be a big plus.
+ Experience in closing quick-turnaround B2B sales.
+ A friendly, outgoing personality that shines in interactions.
+ A positive, can-do attitude that embraces challenges.
+ Well-organized within a structured sales process, skilled at guiding clients from initial interest to closing the deal.
+ A fantastic communicator who can comfortably facilitate presentations or one-on-one meetings.
+ A proven ability to collaborate with teams, especially with operations and marketing.
+ Strong communication and presentation abilities.
+ Proficient in MS Office suite.
