A day in the life…
As the Business to Business (B2B) Representative, you will be responsible for the generation, development, execution, and follow-up of B2B sales leads for the Division making sales, obtaining orders, or contracts for services while supporting and championing the Russell Stover Chocolates brands and image to external customers. You will partner with E-commerce and Marketing colleagues to generate profitable sales and increase awareness of the Russell Stover Chocolates brand. You will also design, develop, and execute effective sales plans to reach corporate, divisional, and financial goals focusing on maintaining existing customers and growing incremental sales among existing and potential customers.
What you will be doing…
Respond to requests for proposals and information from current and potential B2B customers. Prepare and deliver quotes, contracts, and sales presentations. Identify, maintain, and track progress against prospective customer list. Develop prospects via effective and professional cold call techniques. Utilize phone canvassing, field canvassing, vertical marketing, direct mail, and other marketing techniques to develop clients. Develop and execute an effective B2B referral program. Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. Maintain all sales demonstration tools, applications, and collateral. Develop and deliver sales presentations professionally and effectively by creating presentations for potential customers and maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities and initiatives along with industry trends. Spend time in the field and on the phone developing new client relationships. Develop and maintain an aggressive business plan under the auspices of the E-Commerce leadership. Increase product and brand knowledge by participating in product knowledge/training sessions and trade shows as appropriate. Meet and exceed appropriate sales and profit goals. Maintains a high level of quality of work in processing orders and resolving customer issues. Maintains customer loyalty and generates repeat business. Initiates creative ideas to further build the business profitably. Understands target audiences, the company's business needs, and marketing and sales goals, and incorporates this knowledge into sales strategy development. Performs necessary administrative tasks to properly track sales and profitability. Ensures all sales programs are consistent with the Russell Stover image and Brand Equity.Do you have what it takes?
(Basic Qualifications)
· 4-year College Degree · Two years’ experience in outside/inside/telemarketing Sales with proven results and track record · Sales acumen and experience · Proven ability to work well under pressure. · Ability to work well with a variety of people across all levels of the organization. · Have unquestionable integrity · Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills · Good prospecting, presentation, and selling skills · Strong work ethic, including a ‘can do’ attitude · Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize multiple competing tasks · Excellent customer relations skills · Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills · Self-motivated and has the ability to function with a high degree of independenceDo you stand above the rest?
