The role of a Hunter. Sophisticated sales experience. Will be responsible for growing business by selling business Travel solutions to new Small and Middle Market business segments (companies with annual sales revenues between $100k and $3M) in Mexico. The sales Rep will have clear Targets  such as TTV Goal, Declared Volume Goal, Active Pipeline Target and Succes Rate.

Business Travel Sales Rep should efficiently filter and qualify prospects and build a pipeline to ensure targets are met. Your efficiency in the middle market segment is driven by your ability to research, quickly close deals and efficiently explain the value of American Express solutions and how they will meet the client's business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

Outbound prospecting; apply SalesForce (CRM), cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunitiesRespond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner and facilitate a smooth hand-off to commercial team for a sales appointment and/or demoNavigate through company information/research to find key decision makers and get past gatekeepers to reach themFurther lead responses and develop relationships with potential clientsCollaborate with marketing and commercial team to align on the most up-to-date messaging and remain consistent with GBT’s strategy, vision, and goalsStay knowledgeable on GBT’s newest products and services and current with business travel trendsAssist with ad-hoc marketing projects and campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in inside sales or business development with a consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales goalsProficiency with SalesForce or other CRM softwareStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or ZoomInfoSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and tenacious; unafraid of rejectionWillingness to adapt and ability to thrive in the ever changing business travel industryAbility to adjust quickly to optimize processes based on results or standard methodologiesExperience working with multiple partners to prioritize efficiently while handling diverse needs among multiple teams
