B2B Trade Marketing Expert - for North and Central Luzon

Job Description The Trade Marketing Expert for B2B Sales & Account Management is responsible for driving increase in sales conversion in focus industries through a variety of activation and partnership initiatives. With a knack for Execution Excellence and leadership skills, they oversee the Sales Trade Marketing Squad, develop comprehensive on-ground marketing efforts at a regional level and within the priority areas, sales support programs and analyzing the results to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role for B2B TMG ensures alignment of business objectives and fosters a customer-centric approach. By leveraging their industry, area knowledge and expertise, they play a critical role in achieving sales objectives, nurturing key client relationships, and driving long-term business success in a competitive Telco/ICT services market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Owns the Industry and/or regional areas by regional industry and/or area opportunities:  Evaluates the opportunity based on what the channel or Industry or area needs and recommends conversion programs to support sales target achievement.  Integrate applicable best practices. 

Guardians of the B2B Sales Channels and Acquisition Programs:  The Trade Marketing Expert develops the sales channel, Industry and area acquisition sales support programs management–planning, process creation and monitoring. They create and manage the program roadmap to secure opportunities for growth.  They streamline operations process that allows Sales to fast track program availment. 

A&P Budget Management The Trade Marketing Expert’s  manages the A&P budget of their respective verticals.  Programs should be within budget limits to guarantee return on investment.  The programs are assessed in terms of sales acquisition target achievement, acceptable cost-to-revenue ratio, effectiveness and operational efficiencies, achieving the desired revenue contribution to Globe B2B’s annual targets in their channel, Industry and/or area.

Collaborates and communicates successfully with other entities outside the Trade Marketing Squad and the Sales Tribe. Monitoring and evaluating programs take-up is essential to the  role.   They track progress against targets within their managed verticals or channels, and implement corrective measures when necessary.  Regular reporting to the Trade Marketing Head, Sales teams, Marketing teams Portfolio Pacman cadences are essential to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Trade Marketing, advantage if from B2B industry and/or Telco/ICT Industry

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing or sales enabling leadership roles, advantage if within the B2B or Telco/ICT industry.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPI targets and driving over-all growth in a competitive market environment.

Knowledge and understanding of the Telco/ICT industry and the B2B market, including industry trends, technologies, products, and services.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and oral)

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous  performance improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
