 As a B2B Website Performance Optimization Specialist, you’ll be responsible for enhancing our website’s user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance. Your expertise in analytics, tracking tools, and data-driven decision-making will drive improvements across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities:

Analyze website(s) performance metrics, engaged sessions, key events, conversions, journey mapping, etc. Websites include Axway corporate, blog, resource center, investors, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-backed solutions.Optimize websites content, navigation, and calls-to-action to enhance user engagement and conversions.Manage and optimize marketing/sales live chat feature Implement A/B tests and multivariate tests to validate performance enhancements.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to websites speed, usability, and conversion funnels.Work closely with developers to address technical issues affecting performance.Communicate performance insights and recommendations to large teams and stakeholders.Conduct thorough research on lead sources and conversion details to identify patterns and trends. Analyze which types of deals (e.g., product categories, service offerings) are most likely to convert based on visitor behavior, demographics, and other relevant data. Use these insights to guide our focus and prioritize efforts toward high-potential leads. Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in website optimization, preferably in a B2B context.Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and other tracking tools.Understanding of web platforms with some experience editing website pages and content. (Drupal experience a plus) Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed recommendations.Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and best practices.Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and development teams.Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Summary: Join our team as a B2B Website Performance Optimization Specialist and contribute to creating a seamless user experience that drives conversions and business growth.
