Project Kuiper is looking for a talented individual to lead North America B2C Affiliate Marketing. This role is responsible for developing and executing the B2C affiliate marketing strategy, building strategic partnerships, and optimizing performance across affiliate networks in the US, Canada, and Mexico. We are looking for someone data-driven with a relentless focus on delighting customers and improving return on investment (ROI). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who brings deep expertise in affiliate program management, partner relationship building, and commission structure optimization. You will drive partner recruitment, maximize revenue through affiliate channels, and improve the partner experience. You will test, build, automate, and scale affiliate marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work with a range of technical and non-technical teams to build affiliate tracking solutions, assess program capabilities, own the partnership strategy, and undertake detailed performance analysis. The scope of this role focuses on delivering against key business goals, while also innovating and finding efficiencies through the development and management of a multi-year affiliate program roadmap.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop and manage comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies, including partner recruitment, program optimization, and relationship management to drive customer acquisition for Project Kuiper's consumer offerings
* Own affiliate network relationships and multi-million dollar commission budgets across major platforms, focusing on maximizing ROAS while scaling the partner program
* Lead partner recruitment and onboarding strategy, identifying and securing high-value content publishers, deal sites, loyalty platforms, and technology partners
* Build and maintain measurement frameworks to track affiliate program health metrics, partner performance, and commission structure effectiveness
* Design and execute creative and message testing across affiliate partners to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
* Develop competitive commission structures and incentive programs to attract and retain top-performing partners
* Create scalable processes for partner communications, creative asset distribution, and promotion approval workflows
* Lead regular program performance analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders on affiliate trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for improvement
* Stay current with affiliate marketing industry trends, new partnership models, and compliance requirements to maintain program effectiveness
