CAE is seeking a Full Time 737 Sim/ Ground School Instructor to join our training department in Phoenix, Arizona

A “true” professional character with the ability to create a welcoming and successful learning environmentThe proven ability to communicate effectively across all mediums (spoken, written) and at all levelsCommitment to the customer - providing continuous “red carpet” customer serviceThe capability to tailor training sessions to the needs of a diverse customer baseA keen eye for detail – must be able and willing to maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and FAA requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be authorized to live/work in the United StatesFluency in EnglishAn unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating (no limitations other than circling approach) (no SOE limitations)PIC or SIC B-737 type rating preferredMust have a minimum of 2 years' Part 121 experiencePrevious Simulator Instructor experience preferredBasic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet based programsMust be able and willing to participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program
