Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com The Business Analyst (BA) plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.

Business Analyst will generally be involved in one or two projects at a time.  Position will be working on a major multi-agency initiative to create a simple way for citizens to get information about services.  The work on this project will change the way government works and be very rewarding.

Must be able to create process work flows/diagrams.

Will be gathering requirements for a third party software application.  Document the requirements and deliver to the developers for changes and enhancements.

Other projects will include gathering requirements software development projects from initiation to implementation.

This resource will partner with the development team, the QA resource to combine efforts to support the testing.  Will review and write QA test plans to ensure complete and accurate test cases.
