The purpose of this role is to closely observe business and find out the potential processes which can be automated by multiple robotics tools. Develop and deliver automated business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology across the business. The role reports to the Head of Performance Manager and key function are to process design and implement creative RPA solutions the organization. Working alongside the RPA team, and local experts and be able to question challenge and consider options and alternative solutions for automating business processes and maintain adequate automation pipeline.
Mission:
Perform Opportunity Assessments, an analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, propose RPA strategy and provide the solution by checking the scalability of the RPA client architecture. Design process solutions in accordance with the design principles and standards specified and use core workflow principles that are efficient well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Fully and clearly document processes to the granular level of detail that is required for an automation program creating the PDD (Process Documentation Document), and SDD (Solution Design Document) in details and working closely with developers to understand and assist the creation of solutions design and ensuring the solution meets the business requirements. Support process owners to create, user acceptance test (UAT) documents, identifying all the process scenarios and their expected outcomes. Acting as a central point of knowledge and control for business processes, communicating with the developers, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the business process owners to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing if an automated solution. Updating all the RPA and business stakeholders across the project delivery life cycle. Provide support and assist the Head of Performance Manager in the creation and ongoing evolution of the automation operating model and governance framework to ensure they remain fit for purpose, enabling business benefit to de delivered efficiently. Work alongside automation analyst to elicits business requirements from process owners, subject matter experts and key stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Assist in analyzing both new and existing opportunities and evaluates the business cases in order to assess the feasibility of automating each use case. Solve issues that arise from processes and supports existing non-complex processes implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process in a timely manner. Proactive communication with business analyst, business stakeholders, process controllers and management. Uses continuous improvement techniques alongside robotic technology to identify trends and brand new opportunities to further explore and develop Robotic Process Automation solutions through test and learn activities. Expertise in creating RPA documents – successful sign off on SDD’s for Use Cases which have been automated in various automation platforms – UiPath Mandatory Apply best practice tools, techniques and standards to map and document the business processes in detail. Good written skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed and accurate documentation. Prior experience of using flow diagrams desired. Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow Strong Analytical bias, with the ability to pick up new skills relatively quickly Good Presentation skills, time management, Reporting skills and well versed with excel, PPT etc Good requirements gathering skills, to capture business processes using both existing process documentation and process walkthroughs with the staff performing the process. Good inter-personal communication skills, communicating with subject matter experts, business process owners, and the development team to help ensure the automated solution is correct.
