This role:

The Airport Duty Manager is responsible for actively driving the daily operations and ensure the highest level of customer service and punctuality for LGW. Reporting to the Airport Manager the role is also responsible for conducting daily operational checks, inspections and complete operational check lists as directed by the line manager. The role is also expected to lead the operations at time of disruption in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. 

The role will require to be present at the airport during the operational hours and days, including weekends and early/late shifts if required by the business.

Each Duty Manager will also act as lead for Operational Performance, Safety & Compliance or Customer Experience on a rotational basis and as directed by the line manager.
