We are looking for senior requirements engineer/business analyst to contribute to the success of MyStandards, a Swift solution for financial institutions and their communities to define, publish, and test Standards. The platform itself is a web-based application developed and operated by Swift, serving financial institutions and their communities from payments, securities, treasury and trade across the world.
What to expect:
Collect, understand, and analyse the features and services needs with inputs from the Product Owner. Formalize the needs into functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring all is documented for the delivery and qualification.Break down and prioritize the requirements to ensure they are complete, coherent, and feasibleDocument requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in an organized and accessible manner.Identify impacts and dependencies associated to the requirements, including the risks deriving from the proposed changes.Ensure the product is in line with what has been specified in the requirements through testing and final validation.Have a detailed understanding of how the product works and why clients use the different features.Ensure continuous communication with the different stakeholders involved in the projects.The role can also encompass User Interface requirements, with the need to ensure a good user experience and formalization of an efficient user interface designThe role can also include business analysis work, with a focus on formalization of processes or inter-product dependencies.What will make you successful:
Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 6 years’ experience in similar role. Proven experience as a Senior Requirement Engineer or Business Analyst, or similar role within a software development environment.Relevant certifications can be an asset.Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex situations and to break them down into structured requirements.Autonomous, empowered with the ability to drive, adapt, and respond to change.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer oriented and quality mindset, attention to detail.Experience in Agile and Scrum development is an asset.Knowledge of financial message standards (ISO20022, FIN MT) is an asset.What we offer
