Join us as a " Analyst – Securitized Products " at Barclays. Investment Banking Analytics works in close partnership with our product and coverage businesses to design, develop and deliver valuable data and analytic content.  We are accountable for the continued development and evolution of the analytic capabilities to support the growing reliance on data and creating model driven outcomes. The successful candidate will be required to work directly with developers and business consumers to find the most meaningful ways of presenting complex combinations of the qualitative and quantitative data to drive commercial outcomes.

To be successful as a “ Analyst – Securitized Products ", you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with finance major or finance work experience.Proficient in Excel, VBA, Python.Must have knowledge of Securitization, Loan originations, life cycle of Securitized Products

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

Prepare Exposure and risk reportsReview Lona Pricing, compare with third party data, provide insightReview and monitor RWA, Prepare PnL Reports

Automate using python/VBA, develop on demand code to extract data out of data repository and build reporting tools with focus on automation of data loans and reporting.Maintain highest quality of data, implement data quality checks.Coordinate data associated with due diligence and tie data back to loan origination guidelines and pricing matrix.Work closely with desk

This role will be based out of Nirlon Knowledge Park, Mumbai

Purpose of the role

To maintain the smooth and efficient operation of our trading desks, providing operational support and expertise to traders, sales professionals, and other key stakeholders, helping them maximize their productivity and minimize disruptions and handling administrative tasks, and providing market information and research. 

Accountabilities

Provision of immediate and efficient technical support to traders and sales professionals on the trading desks, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted trading activities.Coordination of trade execution by liaising with traders, clients, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.Maintenance and updating of trade records, transaction logs, and client databases accurately.Reports, presentations, and documentation preparation to support sales and trading activities.Monitoring of market data and assist in the analysis of financial information for trading decisions.Operational tasks such as processing trades, confirming orders, and resolving trade discrepancies.
