Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare Baby Room Leader Job Description A lovely nursery in Spencers Wood are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Baby Room Leader to join their team!

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 42.5 hours a week (Shifts vary between 7.30am - 6.00pm)

In this role you will:

Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, their families and your team.

Plan an innovative early learning programme in line with our curriculum aims.

Document and share the learning and development of your key children with their families.

Continuously learn and grow through meaningful training & development opportunities.

You will need to have the following qualifications, training, and experience:

-Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare

-Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage

-First aid certificate would be a bonus

-Previous leadership experience

-Confident and capable of working in a growing fun and energetic business
