About this opportunity:
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Back Office Access Engineer . This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, offering your specialist knowledge to guide the entire lifecycle of our projects. Whether we are in the Create, Sustain, or Evolve stages, your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain.
What you will do:
Support the operation and maintenance of different vendor nodes (Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia/ZTE) within the Radio Access & Transmission Network.Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth operation and performance of RAN & Transmission equipment from various vendors, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network planning, IPBB, RF, and core network teams, to ensure seamless integration and operation of RAN equipment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of the RAN & Microwave networks, utilizing industry best practices and standards.Apply CRs in different format (immediate/MW/…) on different vendor nodes (Nokia/Huawei/Ericsson/ZTE)Can deal with tough customer / high stress situationsDo multitasking / guide L1 guys / attend inside NOC on daily bases
