Job Description
The Back Office Medical Assistant Floater will perform quality team-based patient care under the direct supervision of a clinician for both clinical and administrative functions to promote health and wellness in a safe and friendly environment. The role supports clinicians and care management teams in assessing, maintaining chronic disease management, examining, and treating the patient population. This position is responsible for performing all laboratory testing procedures and phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks. The floater will work in various offices to support either the MA role or dedicated lab functions.

100% onsite: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm AND Every-other-Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm. Floating locations include Coconut Creek, Sunrise, Lauderdale Lakes, Fort Lauderdale North, and Fort Lauderdale South. Permanent opportunity with $0.67/mile reimbursement when traveling between clinics. If floating outside of core locations, a $20 gas card is provided. Willing to train on manual vitals.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41288.00 - $51043.00
