Back Office Representative - Contract Management
Position Description:

The Contract Management Jr. Back Office will be responsible for accepting contracts submitted by sales from the inbox, validating and verifying process requirements, and proceeding to countersignature. This role will ensure the completion of contracts and either process them for countersignature or reject them back to sales for corrections.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Monitoring the inboxes and processing contracts across these inboxes from the oldest to the
latest submission.
-Conducting thorough validation processes according to contract requirements and demands.
-Auditing contracts for accuracy and completion status.
-Updating and contributing to the latest process changes or developments, and ensuring tools are
aligned with processes and client needs.
-Collaborating with sellers and countersigners to maintain an efficient workflow.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Team player.
-Can work under pressure
-Amenable to working on a Graveyard Shift schedule
-Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly
-Proactive and has a customer service-oriented mindset
-Receptive to feedback and willing to learn
-Preferably with Back Office Experience of at least 1 year
-Fresh graduates and career shifters are also welcome to apply
-Willing to work in McKinley and Ortigas
