We are currently looking for a Back office & sales support specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
This role will involve supporting the efficient management of back-office processes, data analysis, and providing administrative support across various internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, CSR, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth processes.
Create and maintain customer master data, sales reports, and support month/year-end closing activities.
Process, analyze, and update data while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Conduct quality control checks, implement corrective actions, and drive process automation.
Provide administrative support, including inquiry management, price calculations, and document handling.
Key requirements:
Proficient in the local language, English (C1 level), and additional relevant languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative team player.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in an international environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to embrace change with a proactive mindset.
