The anticipated salary for this role is $100,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

The SMBC returnship program Back to You! brings back talented professionals looking to restart their careers after an extended break from the workforce.

 

SMBC's returnship program is 22 weeks and it is designed to relaunch experienced professionals into the workforce while leveraging the network of resources available at SMBC. The paid program strengthens technical skills and provides access to professional development across several divisions. At the end of the returnship, there is potential to transition into fulltime employment.
