Backend Developer - AI-Powered Cybersecurity Platform

Join a fast-growing cybersecurity startup that's transforming security training through AI-driven automation. We're looking for a Backend Developer to help build and scale our cutting-edge platform, used by companies across Europe and expanding into North America.

What You'll Do

* Develop Scalable Systems: Design and maintain high-performance APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Golang. (Can be from a .NET background with interest for Golang)
* Cloud Infrastructure: Build and optimize cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
* Container Orchestration: Manage and fine-tune Kubernetes clusters for deployment and scaling.
* Database Management: Work with SQL & NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, Firestore, or MongoDB.
* Performance & Security: Identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and follow security best practices.
* CI/CD & Automation: Develop pipelines to streamline deployments and workflows.

What We're Looking For

* Strong experience with Golang for backend development.
* Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes & Docker.
* Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Firestore).
* Solid database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL).
* Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps best practices.
* A problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate in an agile environment.
