Join Concentrix as a Backend Developer

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Backend Python Developer to enhance and innovate our mobile product's backend infrastructure. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining core web applications on our state-of-the-art cloud platform, while leading initiatives to ensure quality and resiliency in our backend services.

Core Responsibilities:

Enhance Backend Infrastructure: Drive improvements and optimizations for the backend infrastructure that supports our cutting-edge mobile product.Web Application Development: Develop, deploy, and maintain the backbone of our cloud platform with robust and scalable web applications.Leadership in Quality and Resiliency: Spearhead team projects aimed at boosting the quality and resilience of our backend services. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years in professional software development.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and Flask for backend development.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently tackle complex problems.Mindset: A positive attitude with a passion for learning and coding, demonstrating both enthusiasm and curiosity.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to foster a respectful and empathetic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Technical Skills: Experience in Kotlin or KTOR/JVM backend services is highly valued.Service Mesh Proficiency: Familiarity with Istio or similar service mesh technologies.Full Stack Development: Experience with Node.js is a plus.
