Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2 days onsite per week. Will be responsible for, but not limited to, writing large scale Java programs in pure core Java to facilitate both batch and real-time processing. All processes will be deployed to Unix/Linux environments. Will work in a dynamic team environment which includes developers working with different technologies (other than Java such as C#/.NET and Unix) across multiple regions and should be able to integrate their application components with other team members. Will be also responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Contract Duration: 12+ Months **Required Skills & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree/University degree. + 8+ years of backend software development experience. + Strong DB experience. + Experience with and are enthusiastic about developing all areas of middle-tier and back-end system programming. + Working understanding of Unix/Linux. + Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications. + Experience in managing and implementing successful projects. + Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods. + Strong experience in JAVA/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Batch, spring framework stack, SOAP/Restful Services. + Spring Boot/Microservices and event-based architecture/Consuming REST API experience. + Strong experience in SQL (Oracle) queries.
