Leading business application developmentSetup and Formalize Development repeatable model for project deliveriesEngage with regional teams to understand definition of done from development delivery perspective and channelize its adoption and deliveries within projectEngage with various project teams, communicate and establish execution plan

Required Skills & Experiences (must have)

Out of total experience minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in system specification developmentShould have experience for working insurance domain with minimum 5 yearsExperience of working for policy administration systemExperience of supporting technical teams size of 4-6Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global

Must Have experience

Experience of Life Insurance Development system specification for policy administration systemProject lead capabilitiesJapanese bilingual

Preferred 

Knowledge of single premium, life / annuity insurance is a plusKnowledge of Policy Admin System
