Key responsibilities:
- Supervisor of 3 to 5 backend developers (deliveries, quality, process)
- Planning versions and sprints tasks assignments and manage their execution
- Participate and lead product features designs
- Interaction with others teams such as product management, QA, front-end, etc.
- Interaction with customers (both internal and external) with tasks related to customer issues, integration and POC projects
- Drive lesson learn and improvements processes
Key skills:
3+ years leading team/group of developers with responsibilities on the team deliveries. 2+ years of experience in python programming language. Working in large enterprises and/or corporate companies. Worked with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). Worked with Docker, and cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure). Worked with Linux-based environments, CLI, bash scripts, etc. Advantage: Knowledge of C++.Our offer
