Experience:8+ years of experience in C++ development.Proven track record of leading successful software projects, from concept to deployment.Technical Expertise:Strong proficiency in C++ (11/14/17) with solid understanding of object-oriented programming.Experience with multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization in C++.Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead a team of developers.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
