Work you'll do + Assist with all aspects of front-end background investigation processing + Enter data into processing systems + Enter data into the e-QIP/eAPP system for processing from initiation to completion for the client population, including conducting a quality review of the information submitted and communicating with the customer, in-person, by email, and/or phone, to ensure proper completion of the e-QIP/eAPP. + Fingerprint customers for credentialing and background investigation processing utilizing the B.E.S.T enrollment software station and with ink on hard cards. + Access the DCSA CVS/PIPS database to review customer's prior investigation information, screen-shot the case and adjudication status in order to update and upload into the customer's Security Manager profile and provide to Federal Personnel Security Specialists for further review. + Ensure Foreign National customers present documents that provide Federal work authorization to upload into Security Manager and to provide the work authorization expiration date for credential processing. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,889.00 to $140,663.00.
