Open position for the IPS Service Team Novagraaf

Novagraaf is part of the Questel organization. Questel is a world wide player in the field of Intellectual Property. Novagraaf manages Trademark portfolios of our clients. We provide legal advice and handle legal administrative tasks. The IPS Service Team handles the legal administrative tasks  to manage these worldwide trademark portfolios. The IPS Service Team works closely together with the Novagraaf legal teams, our agents worldwide and the clients.

Novagraaf is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The service team operates from Amsterdam and Tunis. They work as one team.  

Do you have experience in handling legal administrative tasks and do  you want to be part of our Service Team?  This could be the position for you.

Tasks handled by the service teams:

·        Processing workflow steps in our IP management system

Carrying out various procedures with regards to trademarks Taking care of the necessary formal documents Taking care of standard correspondence based on fixed formats Follow up on agenda reminders customer Submit the right info for the invoices Distributing and handling incoming e-mail Processing the status of the Trademark registrations to our clients

What to bring:

·        Excellent command of the English language in word and writing;

·        Mid or higher-level education or work experience within an administrative role;

·        You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);

·        Working accurately is the standard for you;

·        Experience with workflow software packages;

·        Interested in working with electronic records;

·        Familiar with process-based working;
