We are looking for a Backoffice Sales Support Professional to join our Digital Industries team. Please note that this is a maternity cover for approximately 15 months. What part will you play?
You will complete a number of processes and activities during the sales process with respect to an effective administration of proposals, sales orders and deliveries, concerning both sales and after-sales processes:Back office administration: creation of offers in SAP, administration and monitoring of offers and ordersInternal reporting, communication with customers, close cooperation with the sales organizationPreparation and reviews of customer orders / revisions to orders, incl. Ordering toolsReviewing customer orders and checking consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens' sales, commercial or project management organizationInitiating sales orders / purchase orders to vendors according to customers' requirements Monitoring and ensuring timely shipment of equipment, both internally and towards customersInterface with factory/delivery centers to resolve all issues related to deliveriesWhat you need to make real what matters:A College or University degree Previous experience in administration or sales processesEnglish language fluencyExperience working in SAP will be an advantageStrong analytical skills and attention to detailsKeen on setting high standards and monitoring progress towards goals We are looking forward to meeting you!
