Participation in the preparation process of budgets, forecasts, business plansProviding ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations to support business decisionsCreating value from converting financial data into business insightsLeading different projects including standardization and improvementsPerforming variance analysis and commentaryPreparation and analysis of monthly financial reportsPreparation of reports for the needs of various stakeholdersEnd to end month-end closing process What you'll bring Over 2 years of proven experience in financial analysis, controlling, audit or similar related finance functionExcellent written and spoken English (C1)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to derive conclusions from financial data,Great communication and relationship building skills,At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or MathematicsBasic understanding of IFRS or local GAAPUpper-intermediate MS Excel skillsFamiliarity with Power BI, Hyperion, MS Office, SAP, other financial systems, and databases will be an assetAbility to work both individually and as part of a teamAttention to details
