Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a Bacteriology Research Scientist to conduct research on bacterial threats at BSL-2 and BSL-3 levels. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in bacterial pathogenesis, immunology, vaccines, and therapeutics to support the BD and infectious disease program.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting research on bacterial threats at BSL-2 and BSL-3 levels.Providing scientific, technical, and project management support.Preparing scientific reports and publications.Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Ph.D. or D.V.M. with 2 years of research experience, or M.S. degree with 7 years of relevant research experience in bacteriology, animal physiology, or a similar field.U.S. Citizen Must pass NACI background check.Must be willing to work in a BSL 3/4 laboratory.Must be eligible to enroll in the BPRP and CS-PRP programs.

Salary Range: 

$128,700.00 - $231,700.00
