Job Posting: Badge Coordinator
Location: North Reading, MA
Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: $24.67/hour
Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced and complex environment as a Badge Coordinator, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for corporate employees and affiliates. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact by resolving access and badging issues while delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, in-person interactions, and trouble ticket resolution.Troubleshoot and resolve badging issues for corporate employees and associates.Operate and execute standard operating procedures independently under the supervision of a Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager.Perform administrative badging tasks with attention to detail and good judgment.Provide support to facilities operations and phone call services.Ensure a seamless customer experience through creative problem-solving and professional communication.Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-reliant team player.Previous banking, retail, administrative experience preferred.
