Salary Range: $15.00 per hour plus tips

 

Basic Function – Transferring luggage on and off of shuttle buses 

 

Responsibilities

 

Transfer luggage on and off of shuttle buses as travelers arrive and departEnsure travelers follow the correct path into the terminal or onto the shuttle busesComply with all safety, security, quality standards and procedures by SP+ Transportation and by regulatory authoritiesAssist customers within the facility or as directed by the facility manager/supervisorResolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisorMaintain a neat and clean appearance and arrive and remain complete uniform before and during scheduled shiftsEnsure highest level of customer service when providing baggage handling services to travelersPerform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or facility manager

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.  

 

License Requirement: The individual will only be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business. 

 

Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.

 

Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
