Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Baker in our organization, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of delicious baked goods, from artisanal breads to exquisite pastries and cakes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to the success of our bakery.

Prepare and bake a diverse range of high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goodsDevelop and test new recipes to expand our product offerings and meet customer demandsEnsure consistent quality and presentation of all baked itemsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standardsCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesMonitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as neededTrain and mentor junior bakers and kitchen staffAssist in menu planning and pricing of baked goodsProvide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and special requestsStay up-to-date with current baking trends and techniques
