Why this role is important:

Our Bakery Team Members are key to creating a positive in-store experience by ensuring that our bakery products are always fresh, available, and meet customer expectations. As overnight bakers, you help prepare delicious, high-quality items that delight customers and inspire loyalty through your skill and care.

What you’ll do:

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring bakery shelves are stocked with fresh products and assisting with customer needs.

Prepare and bake a variety of products while maintaining company standards for quality and freshness.

Ensure accurate product labeling and identify inventory needs to assist with restocking.

Set up promotional displays and participate in company-directed promotions.

Keep the bakery area clean and organized while adhering to health and safety standards.

A dependable team player with a keen eye for detail.

Motivated to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, overnight environment.

Courteous and resourceful when responding to customer inquiries.

Eager to learn and improve your baking skills.

Experience you bring:

No prior baking experience is required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed!

What you bring:

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for an entire shift.
