Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in food science, dairy science/bakery science or related field5+ years progressive technical food industry experienceAny experience in product development or plant production for complex/high-risk product categoriesDemonstrated excellence in project planning, problem solving and executionExcellent oral/written communication skillsDesired Previous Job Experience/Education:
5+ years of experience in product development, technical service or plant production with multiple food and/or non-food categoriesProven team leadership skills Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $52.90 - $52.90 per hour.
