This role is the leader of the explosive base located in Dalsøyra (Gulen). As a ballistics manager, you will manage a team of 4 experienced gun loaders preparing explosives devices that will be delivered to our customer in various fields of the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

This role will install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making.
 

As an Ballistics Manager, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining the explosive license, and be the focal point for the DSB (Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection)Ensuring flawless HSE during operations in the explosive baseManaging workload for the team, and plan for peaks of activityEnsuring the team is fully trained and competent at all timesSuggesting improvement to remain complaint with laws and regulations

Have a High School Diploma or relevant experienceHave experience managing a small teamHave experience planning workload in a dynamic environmentHave an understanding of the work to be deliveredBe able to speak Norwegian preferred
