The Ops Support Associate 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Associate 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Identify, analyze, and solve key issues of assigned area and deliver supporting documents to corresponding areas
+ Assist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating report, and business scorecard and provide constant and clear communication regarding local policies and processes
+ Assist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction
+ Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning and Business Review Templates
+ Administer and maintain applications for the generation of Dashboards indicators in the effectiveness of processes
+ Monitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate Policies
+ Monitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities
+ Conduct administration activities for collections, including maintaining applications, providing support to collections administration systems and implementing global and local projects in the collection process
+ Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2-5 years of relevant experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work in fast pace and changing environment
+ Ability to analyze data and solve problems
+ Proven organizational and time management skills
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

**Experiencia requerida y Requisitos indispensables:**
+ Experiencia laboral en institución financiera, mínimo 1 año consecutivos.
+ Conocimiento de Paquetería Office:
+ Consulta, tablas dinámicas y macros.
+ Creación de reportes, estadísticas, tablas dinámicas, gráficas, cruces, promedios, etc.
+ Creación y administración de bitácoras.
+ Creación y edición de documentos.
+ Elaboración de presentaciones.
+ Manejo de Lenguaje SQL, conocimiento en gestores de base de datos (MySQL, SQL Server, Teradata).
+ Manejo de Visual Basic para aplicación, así como VB.NET.
+ Conocimiento de Sistemas de Citibanamex.
+ Observación y mantenimiento de controles, prevención de riesgos en procesos, presentación de evidencias idóneas.
+ Experiencia en análisis de estrategias, aplicación y cumplimiento de regulaciones administrativas y judiciales, resultados bajo plazos fatales.
+ Experiencia en canales de contacto con clientes (carta, correo electrónico y SMS).
+ Inglés **deseable.**

**Objetivo del puesto:**
Ejecutar estrategias de comunicación digital e impresa (para el cumplimiento del proceso regulatorio que rige al área observando siempre los plazos fatales (sin posibilidad de prórroga) establecidos para ello.
Funciones principales del Puesto:
+ Manejo de medios de comunicación digitales e impresos (email, SMS, carta).
+ Manejo de bases de datos.
+ Ejecución de estrategias de Comunicación para Quejas y Aclaraciones por medios digitales e impresos.
+ Envíos de comunicación escrita solicitadas por el negocio en los diferentes sistemas de Citibanamex.
+ Participación en proyectos internos y/o Globales.
+ Cumplimiento de controles a los procesos de comunicación escrita y digital.
+ Generación de reportes diarios, semanales y/o mensuales sobre los envíos realizados.
+ Reporte y seguimiento a contingencias de acuerdo con los procedimientos internos.
+ Administración y atención de BRM’s.
