About the Role
Responsible for managing and leading Bancassurance sales development to achieve Banca Manager production targets and support of the Company’s profitability and sustainable growth objectives.Supporting our partner bank, communication requirements with the salesperson in the branch and support staffs and updates with HQ team, branch leaders, regional sales manager and regional manager of the bank and including occasional small group presentations and trainings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Focus to drive the Banca Manager sales targets including active ratio, case & ANP productivity.
Focus to recruit & build BaM thru internal promotion or external hiring to reach the target manpower expansion plan.
Liaise and meet with the partner bank’s HQ, regional manager, sales manager and branch managers to discuss on the bancassurance performance and work together achieve the Banca Manager sales target for the region.
Conduct training & sales Coaching to the bank sales team to improve overall Banca manager performance.
Co-organise and support branch Banca Manager sales activities.
Work with PD Academy team to develop new & existing BaM training module to equip them with necessary skill & knowledge.
Drive repurchases from RCB clients.
Support as RCB client event speaker to drive insurance take up.
Participate in AIA-PBB RCB Tribe on RCB-related agenda.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Degree holder and/or Professional qualification in the relevant discipline.
Min 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial institutions, especially in bancassurance products & sales management.
Experience in HNW Banca Seller recruitment.
Experience in HNW Banca sales especially in HNW banking.
Experience in driving events & activities for HNW segments.
Project management and organisation skills.
Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Good stakeholders’ management.
