Join Our NHS Team as a Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and committed individual to join our NHS team as a Receptionist. In this vital frontline role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff-
helping us deliver the highest standards of care and support.

Location - Dundonald
Salary - Band 3 - £12.31 per hour

Main Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, your day will be varied and rewarding. Duties may include:

Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.Using computer systems to enter data accurately and retrieve information.Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.Handling telephone calls, taking messages, and relaying information promptly.Managing and responding to a range of patient and staff queries.Preparing, organising, and transporting medical and administrative records.Booking patient appointments and scheduling meetings.Supporting general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

We are seeking someone who is:

Approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.Confident using IT systems and keen to learn new processes.Motivated to provide excellent service in a busy and rewarding environment.
