Band Saw Operator|$14.50/hrWhat Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $14.50/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am–3:30pm)Location: Newnan, GAWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus programJob DescriptionAs a Band Saw Operator, you will place the foam on a conveyor and push through the band saw, slicing foam blocks according to customer specifications in a cost-efficient manner. Responsibilities:At the beginning of each shift, receive work orders from a lead person.Locate the material to be produced and move materials to the band saw area.Program band saw with the correct size according to the customer specifications.Turn on band saw machine on and begin the cutting of the product. Unload the finished product onto flats Move product to next operation. Maintain excellent housekeeping practices in the production area. Practice proper safety techniques.Follow all procedures and guidelines.· Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:Eligible to legally work in the United StatesHigh School diploma or equivalent educationAttendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment. · Quantity – Meets productivity standards; Completes work in a timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.Safety – Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.Good attention to detailAble to work accurately from verbal and written instructionsBenefits and Perks: $14.50/hrHealth, Dental, Vision & 401K Weekly pay Your New Organization:Play a critical role in our client’s company when you become a Production Technician. A Production Technician universally encompasses all the roles involved in the actual production or processing of OSB.  Assignment to a specific portion of the production process is normal, to allow for employees to grow.
