Compensation Range
Hourly: $26.45 - $26.45 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)About This Job
This position exists to develop future leaders through a two-year rotation program internal to Bank Operations (LEAD: Leadership Exploration and Development) Experience will be developed through assignments and projects of high value, skill specific learning opportunities including work experience, relationship, and formal training elements. This 2-year program offers extensive training in analytics, project management, leadership, communication, systems, and front-line production management by rotating through assignments across the division.
Essential Functions
Rotate through a variety of engagements or projects of varying complexity that either solve a problem, produce an outcome, develop leadership skills, or expand general banking knowledge
Research and investigate opportunities or challenges to identify possible solutions, present solution options, and support rollout or implementation working with other team members
Develop a working knowledge of Bank Operation’s lines of business, understanding their customers, risks, stakeholders, and how they contribute to the Bank’s bottom line
Gather and report department statistics for department metrics, budget variance, and unit cost reporting, investigate discrepancies or issues with guidance
Conduct onboarding and training of new team members in conjunction with team leaders
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of banking regulations pertinent to various areas as assigned
Strong analytical skills to research and resolve problems, develop opportunities, or resolve discrepancies
Agility and ability to learn through work experience, relationships, and formal training
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to most situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a business or related field required or a Bachelor’s degree in a non-business field and equivalent combination of experience required
Finance, business, banking or operations experience preferred
1+ year informal leadership experience preferred
